Return & Refund Policy – PCTKART
At PCTKART, customer satisfaction is our top most priority. We take care in delivering quality home décor items, but if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:

Damaged or defective product received

Wrong product delivered

Missing items from the package
Note: We do not accept returns for minor color variations or size discrepancies within tolerance limits, as many of our items are handmade.
2. Return Window
You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any requests beyond this timeframe may not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@pctkart.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.

Share images of the product and the packaging for verification.

Our team will review and confirm your return request within 1–2 business days.
4. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

Once your return is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address.

Please ensure the product is unused, in original condition, and packed securely
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
